Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns only if your item had a faulty or the wrong item arrived. 

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at caycos.zzz91@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • It may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
  • If you used a discount or promotional code during your purchase, your refund will reflect the discounted amount.

4. Exchanges

No exchanges all sales are final. DONE

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
